Ruwaad Association for Community Initiatives and Events is committed to applying a clear governance framework grounded in its Articles of Association and in the regulations issued by the competent authorities. That framework ensures the separation of authorities, integrity in decision-making, the protection of the Association’s resources, and the realisation of the interests of beneficiaries.
In observance of the principle of disclosure, the Association makes available in this section its approved regulations and policies, the minutes of the meetings of the Board of Directors and the General Assembly, the operational plan, and the annual reports and budgets.
