Organisational & Financial Structure
The Association is administered through an organisational structure headed by the General Assembly as its highest authority, followed by the elected Board of Directors, which is responsible for oversight and strategic direction, and then the executive body - the Executive Director and the supporting departments - responsible for the day-to-day delivery of programmes and events.

Financial Structure
The Association derives its financial resources from membership subscriptions, donations and support from the government and private sectors, and the proceeds of certain licensed activities. These resources are disbursed in accordance with an annual budget approved by the General Assembly and are subject to review by a licensed external auditor.
